Paolo Mercado has been appointed as vice president of Behavioural Science, and will report directly to Jerry Smith - Ogilvy’s president of growth and innovation and CEO of Ogilvy Consulting, Asia.

He will retain his role as MD of creative group in dentsu Singapore, reporting into Prakash Kamdar, CEO dentsu Singapore.

The firm will provide tailored business and government advisory services to institutions and will be formed through Edelman’s acquisition of Basilinna, a long-time Edelman partner which specialises in US-China relations.

Farouk will take on the new role with immediate effect whilst continuing his leadership at Epsilon ANZ.

Kabi was previously Maxus's managing director for more than six years, and took on the role of MD of MediaCom when GroupM merged its MEC and Maxus entities to form Wavemaker in 2017. 

Alex Lubar will now lead North America as president. Succeeding him as Asia Pacific president is Ghassan Harfouche, group CEO of the Middle East Communications Network.

Lim will be responsible for driving partnerships between Google and agency partners across all ad solutions in Asia Pacific.

Before joining Mindshare she held a number of agency roles across Asia in Thailand, Malaysia, Korea and Australia.

He was previously worldwide creative partner at FCB.

She is currently global CEO of dentsu international's creative services line and will take on the new role on 1 August.
