Vamp, an influencer marketing agency that made its foray into Indonesia three months ago, has concluded its first campaigns for brands such as Laneige and OPPO. This comes as it welcomes its second Indonesian hire, Meilisse, who takes on the role of talent and campaign manager.
From 18 March to 23 April, Vamp engaged 22 influencers on Instagram to drive awareness of "Stained Glasstick" lipsticks for beauty brand Laneige. According to Vamp the beauty benchmark reached over 700,000 people.
“Vamp truly simplified my work, from choosing the right talent, to monitoring the campaign results in real time. Not to mention the new names that they could recommend. Their comprehensive report has helped determine my next influencer marketing strategy," said Zefanya Deby, PR & communication assistant manager for Laneige.
Its second successful campaign was for OPPO's newly-launched F11 Pro smartphone from 13 to 22 March. Engaging influencers to share their authentic experiences with the phone and review its key features on Instagram, the campaign saw over 28% in average engagement, higher than the industry benchmark of 1.6%. One influencer, in particular, achieved an exceptional high engagement rate of 255%.
According to the company in a press release, consumers becoming more discerning about the content they consume and how they spend their money. While influencer marketing offers brands a chance to connect with their target audience, managing influencer relationships can be time consuming and expensive. Therefore, Vamp endeavours to meet the needs of brands and influencers by seamlessly connecting the two and managing the entire process.
“Vamp’s campaign success so far proves how well Indonesian audiences respond to high-quality influencer content. We look forward to helping many more clients connect with customers through Vamp’s pool of invite-only talent," said Vamp's business director Benedictus Oktario in a statement to
